"I had been using the Kings to hang Christmas lights for at least 7 years. Each year they come to put up my lights before Thanksgiving (this is arranged in early November). This year we made the arrangements for lights to be put up the week before Thanksgiving. I called to confirm and was told I was on the schedule for Wednesday. They never showed up. I spent the following week out of town, and when I arrived home in early December they still had not shown up. I called and left NUMEROUS messages asking if or when they were coming. They never called back. Finally, on December 17th, Samantha called and said because they were now 4 weeks late they could give me a laughable 20% discount. I said no thank you. I asked to have the owner call me. He did not ever call. Then, one week before Christmas, when I am not even home, they show up and put up the lights anyway (now 5 weeks late). Then they go ahead and bill me for the full amount minus their 20% discount that I had said absolutely not to. I will never use this company again, and I would recommend no one else does either."
