I brought in my wife's dress and they checked over it thoroughly to make sure there was no spandex, which would damage the dress if present while dry cleaned. I also brought in my favorite tie. Pressing a tie will destroy it. Instead of pressing ties, like dry cleaners who don't know better, they steamed it. They really take a lot of care to preserve the clothes you give them."
