"This company does not disappoint! I spoke with Jim on Monday to make an appointment as soon as possible and 2 Days Later Jesse came to my home to stretch my carpet and to clean it. I was not sure if it would ever look the same, but Jesse did an awesome job and it looks brand new. The price was very reasonable. It is very hard nowadays to find great customer service, but this company surely receives a five-star from me! I will definitely be referring my friends and family. "The Good: Used them this past June. The carpeted areas looked great after cleaning, communication was easy. They did the work as expected, on time, professional. The Unimpressive: We have senior dogs who had been having accidents in a couple rooms, which is why we arranged the cleaning. We upgraded to a different price level with enzyme treatment just for that purpose, per the recommendation of the service person who came to our home. Unfortunately, the urine smell was far worse after the clean. We gave it a few days to let things dry and dissipate before we called. It didn’t improve so we called the office and were told we would have to pay for a repeat clean. I was surprised by this as we had paid more specifically for the pet cleaning and clearly, we didn’t get the results they sold us on. We declined as it didn’t seem reasonable to pay to repeat what made it worse. Since then, I’ve read about other carpet cleaning companies who handle pet stains and odor very differently. It seems that the general clean we received only spread the urine smell and (if it wasn’t already) soaked it into the carpet pad. I would recommend this company for a general clean, but they don’t seem to know how to clean pet urine problems and certainly didn’t offer to make it right- only wanted to sell us another clean. We will be replacing the carpet in the rooms made so much worse after the clean."

"Jesse came to clean the carpets. Before he started I conseaded that the stairs were worn and might not come completely clean. Jesse's attitude was amazing. He told me, that doesn't mean I shouldn't do my best. Wow, amazing results. This is why Midwest Best is my go to company year after year. Great job!"
