"This review is long overdue, largely in part to waiting and ensuring everything was running well over an extended time period. We purchased the house several years ago and it had nothing but issues with the septic system, and the septic service was with a different company. We called King Septic who promptly came out to diagnose the issue. It took several months of trial and error, disconnecting this from that, digging up electric lines, switching aerators, and switching control boxes. Everything is running perfectly now. Throughout the whole process, all the service techs were personable, professional, and communicative. I wish we remembered all their names so we could leave a positive note for them in this review. The one name we do remember, is the customer service/phone rep Liz, who was always super nice, informative, and went out of her way to ensure our issues were resolved and our questions were answered promptly. This company definitely deserves this longer than normal review because they really went above and beyond to help fix our septic issue and for their awesome customer service. In addition, they didn’t try to up-sell us on anything and a lot of the work they did, was free of charge! We highly recommend them to our friends, family, and frankly just anyone in our area!"

"Long story short. This is the only company I’m going to be dealing with when it comes to my septic tank. They are honest and fair. They find ways to save you money without cutting corners on the work. The guys that came out to dig up my septic tank were really cool. They found the problem I was having and fixed it! I was at work for most of the day and they stayed in contact letting me know what was going on. They also educated me a lot on septic system."

"Called, left voicemail, received a call back the same day and went over with the woman on the phone what was going on. She said I'm pretty sure it's your aerator, but we can send someone out in 2 days which was fine, we weren't in a rush. Justin and Nick came out, were super nice, down to Earth guys. Confirmed it was the aerator. Overall, super happy with the service and the guys who came out. Would def give them another call if we need anything else in the future :)"
