TJ conducted the assessment for us. He taught us so much about the process and was very honest about the status of our issue and made a fair and candid recommendation because of it. We immediately booked a remediation appointment. When Josh and Nate were here for that service, they were both incredibly professional, friendly, patient and worked diligently, safely, and quickly to get the job done. We ended up needing to continue the service on a second day, so Josh came out the very next morning to finish up that last part. I work from home full-time and both Josh and Nate were very understanding and courteous when working on our house while I was in meetings/calls. There was zero interruption to my workday. Once the service ended, Maggie was very diligent about helping us with next steps for payment and, again, so sweet to speak to on the phone.
