"They started showing up late and then I had an appointment for 9am which they confirmed the night before and they never showed up. I texted them to see if they were still coming and I never got a response back. I texted a few days later to see what was going on and still have not received a response from them."

"Pro: Nice people. The first visit/deep cleaning was great. I was very behind on my house and very thankful to get it looking presentable again. A couple small things maybe missed but overall very happy. Cons: Seem to have a problem with time management and communication. I also wasn't sure what to expect for total time it would take to deep clean my house, which is 900 sq.ft., so they were there 3-4 hours the first day but were 90 minutes late, and I also needed to be gone by 2:30 for dr visit. Agreed to come back the next day to finish, and I think they were about 1 hour late for 8am appt they had suggested. Oh well, still very glad to have my house cleaned up. 2nd appt was scheduled for a month later at 10am start. A week ahead of it they wanted to see if they could move to a Thursday, but I had already cleared the day off with work to let them in. Had planned to give them a key that visit so they could do any schedule the next month. Day of 2nd visit set for 10am, they text at 8:30 to say it will be late and they'll text back if they think it will be past noon. 1pm comes, I hadn't heard anything more and texted for an update, I also couldn't stick around all day, had errands to run. Never got any more response in the 3 days since then, felt ghosted, so I've already sourced a new cleaner. I guess business so good they didn't need mine. If I had to break it down I'd give 4 stars on quality, but 1 star for feeling utterly ghosted."
