"I’ve been coming her over a year and will have to find a new laundromat. It used to be great! I love the app option and use it exclusively. However, 70% of the machines are down and only a handful of the machines working take the app. Barely any of the dryers are working and even less that take the app so after washing my clothes I had to use their atm ($3.50 fee) just to dry my clothes because the app machines were full. All of the big dryers have been down for over 6 months. The washers used to work great but now they smell like mildew and do NOT clean my clothes. I use the 6 load washers and the prices have gone up but they don’t even clean my clothes anymore and they smell. Honestly, a shame because I drive across town to come there and have raved about it to many people but it is no longer worth the time, effort, or money."

"Bummer- been going here for years because it used to be awesome, but lately my clothes don’t get clean at all. I tried to point out the “6 load washers” aren’t doing well but was ignored. I’m not sure if the place needs a deep clean? The nicer bathroom and repaint job were appreciated. But the machines just don’t sanitize anymore. Also I love most of the employees but maybe smoke further from the front door. Went to the new location and saw that all the machines there work and it’s cleaner but it’s sooooo far out there, I can’t drive there every time. Also they use a different app than laundry boss and one of the best parts of mega wash was that the laundry boss app gives you $5 every time you load $20. Bring back old mega wash :/"

"A year ago, I would have given this 4 or 5 stars. I used to really love this laundromat, but it's starting to get neglected. Pros: You can pay via app and card in addition to the classic quarters, which is super helpful. They have lots of machines so it's easy to get in and out quickly if it's not too crowded. The facility is pretty clean and there's a restroom you can access if there's an attendant on duty. They have giant 8-load washers that are helpful for large quantities. There's vending machines for drinks, snacks, and laundry supplies. There's lots of seating. They pretty recently added an area for kids, which is super awesome. Cons: The best dryers they have are all out of order and have been for months. It seems like they have just stopped fixing them? The big washing machines are supposed to come with detergent and sanitization, but have not been refilled since their installation. I washed a loads there twice before I realized it, so yucky. Maybe it's all laundromats, but the washers seem unreasonably expensive. $7 for a single load washer??? Finally, there is a giant pothole in the entrance of their lot that they refuse to fill. My partner popped a tire on it a year ago and it's still there. The laundromat says it's for the city to fix, but the city said it's the laundromat's responsibility. I am so tired. please just fix your machines and the pothole so the already low-income area can get their clean clothes in peace."

"Mega washes excellent. Excellent customer service. They're always so nice and very helpful. I love the huge washers because I have so many clothes that it would take me forever to wash them in individual washers. They are truly a blessing to my budget and to my life"
