"Rene was so helpful. I was in Lowes asking for help with something that nobody could seem to answer. She noticed and asked me "is there something I can help with?" So I explained my situation which was a bit unusual. She replied "sure, let me see..." it took a little bit of time but she got it done to my amazement! I am so glad she was able to fix the mess I made. I will definitely be back!!!"

"When you can find an employee, some very unfamiliar with products your looking for. Appreciate military discount, and does make the trip worthwhile (over 20 milea one way). Have been very good about returns, except stove family bought a Samsung with extended warrantee been trying to get repair or replacement for over 6 months & still don't have parts or replacement. This is terrible when have holidays coming & still not resolved."
