"It does take a while to get your stuff. The Jar Doctor is having serious health issues. I have always gotten a response when I have contacted them. Currently not accepting PayPal payments so I mail a check which increases the amount of time to receive goods but I am in no hurry as this is a hobby for me."

"Ordered items from the jar doctor for the third time , now I don’t consider myself a “BIG TIME” professional cleaner but the little guys are important too.. WAYNE took payment immediately with no mention to me that 7 weeks later not only would I NOT HAVE MY ITEMS DELIVERED TO ME ( 8lbs of copper and some cleaning powder)BUT THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO LET ME KNOW THAT THERE WOULD BE A DELAY ,AND WHEN I WAS ABLE TO FINALLY GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM I WAS TOLD THEY HAD THEIR GRANDCHILDREN OVER FOR A COUPLE WEEKS AND NOTHING GOT DELIVERED !!!! NOW IM A PAYING CUSTOMER,SHOULDNT I MHAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THERE WOULD BE A WEEK DELAY , and then I find this after seven weeks so I couldn’t get a refund if I tried cause they give you just three days to cancel your notice but don’t tell you you’ll wait two months for a small amount of copper and some powder. Don’t get me wrong I’ve never had any other issue other than shipping , you’ll get quality items Just not quality service . Beware WE NEED MORE BOTTLE SUPPLIERS"
