"WHEN THIS BUSINESS WAS KWIK DRY CLEANERS IT WAS AWESOME, BUT WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP SOME LINEN THE BILL WAS 40.00 TOTAL RIP OFF, IT HAD BEEN SOLD TO PRIDE DRYCLEANERS, NOT EVEN IN SAN FRANCISCO DO THEY CHARGE THAT MUCH, IT WAS SAD TO SEE THAT ANOTHER PRIDE CONGLOMERATE HAD TAKEN OVER, DON'T WANT PEOPLE TO BE MISLED BY THE ADD THIS DRY CLEANER IS NO LONGER OWNED BY KWIK, AND I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS BUSINESS, I BELIEVE ANOTHER KWIK DRY CLEANERS IS DOWN ON 135 PAST PLUMM RD DEFINITELY HEADED THAT WAY"

"I'm really disappointed with their customer service. They had lost my bed comforter 2 weeks ago. I been try to get a communication with manager, but It seems impossible. The front lady told me that they are going to call me, but every time that I visit this place all I got is the same answer. I want it to know where is my Bed Comforter and how is possible that they gave this to someone else. After all of these we were able to solve this problem, Thanks to Fabian Benito the Owner, of this Place. He help us directly to find a solution for it. Loyalty is the key here, we would like to continue going to this place. Thanks so much."

"The new owners don't have their act together. I have been using this dry cleaners the day they opened circa 2010. Prior to that, their store in Olathe off 135th St. Since the new owners have taken over, production has been horrendous. Same day service in name (has not happened since the new owners took over) and no production on Saturdays. Delays happens weekly on my pickups. Brent the store manager left last week with most of the employees. I brought in my shirts for dry cleaning today before nine for same day service and was told the earliest pickup was going to be after 3pm Monday. Also, do not leave your credit card numbers with them. There were charges made to my card for dry cleaning services that were not provided which I had to call to dispute the charges. This store will no longer have my business."

"DON’T EXPEXT YOUR CLOTHES BACK ON TIME!!!!! Just showed up to pick up my 6 shirts I dropped off on Thursday morning at 7:30am. At the time of drop off Brent said it would be done by Friday afternoon. I stop by at 11:15 on Saturday morning and my shirts were not completed. I have to go out of town next week for business and I fly out on Monday morning at 7 am. The guy working the counter said my shirts were unable to be retrieved and basically I am out of luck next week to have my dry cleaning. The people here are nice for the most part, but this is the Second time an incident has occurred. The first time they lost 4 of my shirts for a month or two. They compensated me in credits because I had to go buy 4 shirts to replace them while they found them. Be weary that you won’t get your clothes back when your supposed to....and if it’s anything like my situation, it will be when you need your clothes the most."
