"We are relocating to Branson but do not live close to the area. I made arrangements with Davina? On Monday to see a home that Wednesday. When I got up Wednesday morning I noticed the house was gone online, she rented it out the day before. No phone call. Supposedly she was going to call us Wednesday afternoon. Really really poor business practice to rent a home out from under another person. A simple courtesy phone call would have been appropriate to say they had someone else who was also interested. An offer for a virtual tour...literally nothing was tried. Had I not called I would have left our home for the appointment only to find the home was no longer available. Moral of the story. Don’t count on them keeping an appointment if you are trying to rent from outside the area."
