"Found out this year that my state from last year was never filed. Never got a letter until the one from the state letting me know they took my refund to pay them back. Called and discovered that it was a fault on H&R Blocks end. To top it off I got this letter after having to return to the same office 3x because the woman this year didn't finishing my taxes and messed up on the calculations on some of it. I had used them for 15 years and will never again. Only 1 person there was helpful and actually knew what she was doing. Just poor services"

"Not good I will never use H&R Block again. The woman who was suppose to re-enter and check my return spread my forms all over her desk briefly looked at a couple of pages. Noted one error I had made. Which was good. Answered the phone several times was on the calls most of the time I was there. So I gathered up my forms to organize at home myself. Worst service ever. She stated that I would still owe $500 from last year even tho I told her several times that I had made that payment. NEVER entered my return! I have used H&R software for 20 years. The past 3 years have had errors and no one will help even tho I paid the extra money for help this year. After returning home from Joplin 50 miles from me. I received a notification that in fact I did not owe an additional $500. POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND CALLED PUT ON HOLD 30 MINS THREE TIMES. ONLY TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHO WOULD SAY HOLD A MINUTE THAN DISCONNECT EACH OF THE THREE TIMES!!!"
