"This is one of my favorite stores. I love the style, quality, colors, and patterns. Always a great value for the money. I always travel with my small medical service dog and have never encountered a problem until my last visit. It was very crowded, and I became distracted and failed to read my dog. She is trained to never leave my side, and upon entering the store, she had an accident. It was my fault, and I immediately cleaned up the mess. I carry waste bags in my purse and always clean up after my dog. The clerk at the door informed the manager that my dog had an accident and pointed at the floor. I apologized and told them that I had cleaned up after my dog. The manager walked away, but the door clerk followed me around the store. At one point, she noticed that my dog was wearing her vest and said, "Oh, she's a service dog." I explained that it was my fault that she had an accident and that she was only doing what she was trained to do. She just smirked and walked away, but still, every time I looked, she was nearby. I left without purchasing anything that I had intended to buy. Please train your staff to be more sensitive to shoppers with service dogs. I could not be independent without my service dog. Accidents happen! I immediately stopped and cleaned up the mess. Instead of trying to assist in any way, the clerk saw it as more important to tell the manager. I felt harassed and embarrassed by her following me in the store. I typically spend hundreds of dollars at this store and even more shopping online. I doubt that I will go back anytime soon."
