"The first company I have ever had call after I’ve paid for cleaning and dropped off my garments say they didn’t charge me enough because it’s a Canadian goose jacket and then try to extort more mo ey out of me. Extremely unprofessional and unethical to try and collect more money because I have a name brand coat. Obviously there no additional cleaning required because it’s a name brand coat. Definitely don’t take anything name brand there, they’ll attempt to extort you for additional money. Way to many cleaners to use that won’t try and gouge you for additional money after you’ve paid. Really terrible company. Will definitely never be back."

"Six months ago they damaged two of my shirts. It took several weeks to get a refund for that. Since then they have been very rude anytime I went back there. Four weeks ago I dropped off a bag full of shirts and it had 18 shirts in it. When I picked it up they gave me only 15 shirts. when I questioned, they completely denied if there were eighteen shirts in the bag. I was not given any receipt at the dropoff, which I should have, looking back. I have tried several times to reach out to their customer service at their main store in Kansas City. Finally Tatum, their customer service manager called and I explained everything to her last week. She was going to get back to me. Have not heard back from her. Make sure when you drop your stuff, count every item before you leave and obtain a receipt. Store was informed of the contents of this review before posting online. No response. Seems like they don't care."

"Most reviews here appear to be from years ago under different ownership, my review is current. They generally are consistent with having the items cleaned by the due date. I feel their prices are higher than most for the service. Wednesdays is a discount dress shirt day, which is nice. I've experienced on more than one occasion having to wait an abnormally long time for them to locate my items in the back and bring them up. I don't like that in the winter they don't care for the parking lot and it's extremely icy and hard to navigate."

"Do not use them. They lost two shirts (Retail $ 100 each) in October/November, and know they lost them, admit they lost them, but refuse to compensate me other than with "in-store credit". I've been to the store at least 4 times speaking to them about the lost pieces, even spoke with their accountant/operations person who said they submitted a claim and I should receive a check in a couple weeks (that was December). The nice person usually working is very cordial and apologetic, but as a business they refuse to compensate when they knowingly lose your articles of clothing. Its the simplest things to do to create repeat customers, and they do not."

"I've tried several cleaners in South Olathe that are much closer to my house but were horrible experiences. I'd rather drive 10 more minutes to this place and know I'm getting what I paid for. This is a great experience and if you time it right with your commute, you can save some money dropping off on a Wednesday. I definitely recommend going here."
