"Dropped off a suit to be cleaned before a big interview. We were assured that it would be ready and available for pickup on Thursday, but they were closed and we could not get in to pick it up. I get that things happen, but there was no note on the door, no message on the voice mail, and no way to find out whether this was a temporary closure so we spent all day driving back and forth to see if they were finally open for business. As my son was flying out early Friday morning, he is now without a suit. Could not be more disappointed with the service."

"I have gone to this cleaner religiously for almost 3 years. I spent $95 to $140 every two weeks. I inspect my suits before taking them in, and there has never been an issue. This time when I got my suit back it had 9 small holes in the suit jacket where it did not before. I addressed this with the owner and was informed that he was 100 percent sure it could not have happened at his cleaner. He attempted to pull up the video of when the suit was brought in and it was gone. End of the conversation was the only thing he would be willing to do is have one of his employees sew a patch into my jacket to hide the hole. He refused to have it sent to a professional for the repair."
