"Caprine Supply is one of the only places I have been able to find with very dairy goat specific products. Their prices are very reasonable and I always get my order quickly. I most recently purchased the disbudding box. Worth every penny, made our last disbud of the season so much easier."
"Wanted vet thermometer like the one in the picture. Was sent a different one which is not what I wanted plus it is defective. I have to pay to send it bac k to get a refund. FIrst time I called line was busy. 2nd time I was hung up on before speaking to anyone."
"I made a large purchase of numerous items. The box arrived damaged and there was little to no packing material inside the box. Not to mention there was a heavy metal item in this order that was not wrapped and just laying in the box (this is very likely the item that caused so much damage). The most expensive item was a medication for my goat. There were multiple doses in the package. Upon usage of the medication I soon discovered that the tips were broken off of most of them so I returned the item to Caprine Supply. I took pictures of the damaged goods so that they would not think they got damaged during my return; however, this is EXACTLY the stand they took and refused to provide a refund, even though they acknowledged receiving my photos (which I still have). Basically, the three doses of mastitis medicine cost me $63+dollars between tax and return shipping. I hope they are enjoying the $300+ dollars they earned from my purchase because I will be purchasing my supplies elsewhere from now on. Still deciding if I want to take this further. It is not possible for me to have photos of something they claim occurred AFTER I sent it back!"
"I've placed several orders here over the years. I've ordered everything from collars to milk pails to cheese starters to nutritional supplements for the herd. They have items I can't find anywhere else. To date, the prices have been affordable, the products have been great, and the shipping quick. I love the plastic chain collars from here. They also have the best prices I've found on references books, even the vet textbooks. Absolutely the only tiny issue I've had was a sharp edge on my stainless steel strainer ring."
"So far customer service has been easy to reach. Bought some of the green milk filters: they had a terrible smell and the smell filtered into my milk and I had to throw the milk out. I had to throw the filters away. I called and they said no one else was having issues. I have purchased other items which arrived in good condition. Very small amount of rust on the lid of the milk tote I purchased for 70-80.00 after a week of use. overall will continue to use this company."
