Countryside Laundromat

"It was “OK”. We need laundry service while we were waiting for pur washer dryer delivery. They have very few selection of front load washer. I had to wait when there was only 1 customer."

"This place has turned into a joke. The only reason I gave a two star rating is because the change machine was working, unlike the majority of the rest of the equipment. Usually when you walk into a laundromat, the air smells like laundry products, this place has a bad odor, and honestly it’s just dirty. The washing machines that are being utilized are leaking all over the floor. The trash is overflowing. And the machines that are working look like they have not been wiped down, or cleaned in years. I wanted to wash my hands, the sink in the restroom does not work and the toilet had a large amount of fecal material dried everywhere. I do not frequent laundromats as I have a washer and dryer at home, but my washer is under repair so thought I would try this local establishment. The last time I was in the laundromat was 2 1/2 years ago, and it has definitely gone downhill in that amount of time. You would think a small town business that’s being supported by the rural community would take more pride in their services. I drove approximately 10 minutes to the closest laundromat option in North Springfield, every machine was working, and although the building is old, the business owners were present taking pride in their establishment"

"Has really gone down hill since opening. Rarely do upkeep on equipment and I've gotten home only to realize my clothing isn't clean. I still use them for large bulk items like comforters but that's about it."

"I ended up throwing away a load of cloths after using this place. Guess to be honest it's not all their fault but none the less they are ultimately in charge of making the rules and cleanliness of the establishment. What happened should never have happened but it did, someone nearby who owns a barber shop or a hair saloon near hear, did not even attempt to shake off the hair in their smocks, and of course just my luck I'm the lucky one who got to take it all home in my cloths. So thanks to whoever that was, hope you don't call yourselves professional because you treated this public facility like a dump, bravo!"

"Very nice and clean facilities. The washers and dryers look like new and work incredibly well. It's so handy to have a laundromat close to home. When my washer and dryer quite, it was a real time and life saver to have a clean and quality place to do my laundry. They have a really nice clean bathroom also."
