"Tried to get an appointment requesting Troy because he did such a great job in the past but Rick could not give us a time in the future at all. Also have called several times with no return call. Rick said I don't think I can help you. We have used this company 2 years and Rick seemed upset because we requested his best employee. We just didn't want a repeat of the last time one of their employees ruined our hamburger sign on the side of the building with overspray of chemicals/grease. Beware."
