"We are very pleased. We waited five weeks because we waited to make an appointment until the cold season (our fault). He showed up as scheduled. Covered our floor; cleaned out wood burner; repaired what needed to be taken care of; cleaned everything on/in and around the stove; and charged a reasonable fee. We highly recommend them!"

"If i could I would give this company a 0 star rating. We had an appointment scheduled for January 12 9am-2pm. They were a no call no show. We called around 4pm to see where they were the lady that answered had no idea what was going on. We ended up calling another time and no one answered the phone. I do not recommend this company for anyone. Poor customer service. Lady that answered the phone couldn't get customers names right and she couldn't hear you at all or you could barley hear her."

"My propane fire logs wouldn't light. It was near Christmas time. They couldn't fit me into their service schedule before Christmas, but the lady on the phone was so compassionate that she explained to me something I could try to get them to light for Christmas. It worked!! They didn't make any money and were still caring and so helpful. I am so grateful! I will be using Fuller Stove from now on for my gas logs and wood stove. I wil also be recommending them to my friends. Thank you!!"
