"Country Home installed an elevator in my home recently. I have 2 floors in my home and we have trouble navigating our stairs. County Home was very easy to work with. They explained everything very clearly about price and installation. The install was done quickly and efficiently. They left the area very clean. We are very happy with the service we received from Country Home. I highly recommend them."
"We had recently been having some issues with our home elevator working properly. After 2 earlier visits by techs, we were continuing to have problems, so I asked the company to send out the very best tech person on their staff - to the company's credit they immediately responded and sent Dave Simpson to resolve our issues. This young man did a superb job. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and fine-tuned a few other aspects of the system for us as well (unasked). The elevator has never worked better. Would HIGHLY both recommend him and Country Elevator."
"We attend a small church that had an elevator installed several years ago. it has been a lemon from the beginning. The yearly contact (which apparently includes nothing) costs $1600 and they still charge just to come out and look at it! Getting parts and repairs done takes forever and it seems it stays broken more than it works. It was a big purchase for a small church and keeps costing more and more. Would not recommend because they don't seem to care or stand behind their products."
"I had Country Home Elevator install an elevator in a client's new home. When I was going through the final inspection process, I ran into an inspection issue that was no fault of C.H.E. Craig Jones, the owner, spent a lot of time taking care of this issue with the county code officials and came up with an amicable resolution."
"I contacted this company to repair our lift in our home. They asked I could send pictures and get additional information for them. They would not even come out for 250 dollars just to look at it. I did the homework for them. I even gave them the Vice Presidents phone number of the company I purchased it from in Virginia along with four photos. Apparently, I waisted my time doing this. I received an email a day later. The email stated how the lift we had in our home is just a harbor freight winch with a bunch of steel and is dangerous. I informed him I wasn’t asking for him to disect our lift but to fix it. He replied he would not even come out to our home. All he wanted to do was try to sell us a new lift and degrade ours. They never even contacted the company to discuss the easy fix. I would never recommend this company."
