"I have been going to Lloyd’s cleanses for some time now and spending on average about $200 per month in cleaning. I have to say that I have had issues with them but decided to ignore it. But today I had the most horrific experience. I was treated rudely and after being such a loyal customer they would not clean 5 pieces to be ready in one or two days. Claiming 4th of July holiday (today is June 30th). I will never do business with such a disrespectful company towards its loyal long standing customers. I warn anyone to stay away from them. Rude and obnoxious."

"Tried asking multiple times to stop creating new creases in my dress pants. But they either don't care or don't know better. Looks like a 3 year old pressed my dress pants. Finding a new cleaner! Tired of the poor service, was told they would fix the issue, then not only did they not fix any of it, they proceeded to do the exact same thing to all my other dress pants. Thanks for nothing!"
