"Mr. Downey was eager for my business. Unfortunately he had many delays due to health issues and scheduling with another job. This was more of a hobby for him. While he did install ceiling fans, handrail for basement stairs and install a garbage disposal satisfactory he was always tardy. I had planned to use him for other items but decided not to because of inconsistencies with promises made and broken. I would not hire him again for other than minor repairs. Wood shed build wasn’t even level. Wanted me to pay him upfront half which I only did 1/3. Tracked mud into our home so the respect of property was poor."
