"James Farrar of J Farrar Properties LLC. Perfect work. He has done work on rental properties I own from flooring to cabnets and plumbing and perfect work that looks great every time. Also did a complete remodel of my personal house; flooring, paint, plumbing, vaper barrier, walls, sub floor, outside grade repair, and more and everything is perfect thete too. Not only would I recommend him, I don't plan to ever use anyone else unless it's an emergency and he is not available. I Knew the house we were buying had problems but bought and went in with no fears because of perfect work he had already done on out rental property. And everything was done at very reasonable rates. Nice, honest, and reliable. Anyone who says they have a problem with him makes me wonder what problem they were...."
"Not good. We hired him to do a deck/ screen in porch and paid him a substantial amount upfront to buy materials, mistake number one. No work was done for two months. Nine months later deck is half finished and I have hired another contractor to finish the job. New contractor have to redo about $2000 worth of work that didn’t pass inspection, was not up to code and flat not done right such as crooked and uneven railings. I honestly can not recommend Robs Handyman Services because he is not reliable, not dependable and some of the work was not done right at all and it was a safety issue on a deck that was on a second story."
"I paid Rob a lot of money to come out and fix a garage door, the door worked for a couple days and then quit. I called Rob to come back out and fix it, he said he would be here Sunday and he never showed up or called. 1 month has passed and still no word. I won't recommend anyone who lies and won't guarantee their work (even though they advertise they do.)"
