"We can not say enough about the guys at JS construction. From the guys in the field to the office everybody was knowledgeable, on time, and professional. If it hadn’t been for their very detailed 34 page report which included pictures we probably would have never gotten our new roof and gutters. We had several other companies come out and who knows if they even got on the roof and gave us a one page report that the insurance company laughed at. The guys were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. These guys went the extra mile insuring my wife was able to get the quality and colors she wanted. When the crews showed up the work was done in a timely manner and when finished they ensured no mess was left behind. If you are in need of a new roof and want someone that is going to go the extra mile for you then JS construction is who you want."

"Scott Taylor and the team at JS Construction were a phenomenal group to work with from start to finish. They replaced our roof, gutters, and downspouts due to damage from a recent hailstorm. They had crews working on our house far quicker than others in the area and all crews were friendly, hard working, and efficient. In no time, a representative was at our door, inspected our property, and provided us guidance with our claim. They were very knowledgeable and receptive to my concerns and questions. "I would definitely not recommend this company, which is a shame since the actual roofers and gutter guys did a great job. The issues we had were mostly communication related. The woman who was the representative of the company was horrible at relaying correct information and in a timely manner. There were weeks that we heard nothing back and I had to touch base to find out what was going on. We were also told that they had submitted paperwork to my insurance company and had heard nothing back, when I talked with my insurance they had never had any contact with them or heard of them at all. We were also given assurances on the cost from the first phone call that turned out to not be true at all -- had a sign up in our yard for months and were told she'd "see what she could do" about getting us a $100 sign bonus, which never amounted to anything. Last minute phone calls, roofers showing up with zero notice, inspectors showing up with 5 minute notice (as they're driving down my road), gutter guys showing up with no notice (as we're leaving our house). All in all the work done was beautiful, but the handling of the business is unprofessional in our experience."
