"I would never recommend anyone to go to Southwest Auction. I was there only 1 time but it was 1 time to much. I was never at an auction that the auction company was as dishonest as this one. I bought 1 dog over the auction that I stopped biding at 2200.00 but they charged me 2600.00 for the dog. I bet I saw the bid spotter do it 50 times that one day where the binder stoped biding but the bid spotter kept right on going for another couple hundred dollars even though the bidder was saying no so the buyer was forced to pay several hundred dollars more than what he was bidding for the dog. When I when to pay my bill I mentioned to them that my last bid was 2200.00 they didn’t want to hear it. They said the paperwork showed 2600.00 so that’s what they are going by. Don’t let Southwest Auction company screw you like they did me"

"Southwest Auction Service primarily provides a dog auctioning service for dog breeders. They provide clean, and well kept indoor area for the dogs and for the auction patrons. I find that their fees are some what exorbitant with a 10% fee placed on the buyer and sellers for each dog or item they sell. They also charge a $25.00 fee to the seller which will be going up to $35.00 in 2024"

"Horrible, They actually auction Puppy Mill Dogs dogs off and the ones that don't get sold are killed. Heartless way to make a buck, can they really be a good company. Karma is coming for you."

"I drive as a currier so I have never been to the sale. But every experience I have had with these folks has been very positive. When we pick up, the dogs have had their breakfast and are clean and ready to go. The paperwork is in order and the staff is prompt, efficient and professional. The place is clean. Really nice facility."
