"Great cleaners, I brought in an overcoat that I had spilled some coffee on, and they got all the stains out plus got other stains out that were on the sleeves and the bottom edges of the coat. Friendly service. I will go back again."

"I do not recommend this Cleaners. Visited this business for the 1st time. Requested two dress shirts cleaned and pressed with light starch. Examined the shirts upon arriving home and they were full of wrinkles and no starch. I could have done better and that is not saying much. I am now $6 in the hole, not much, but lesson learned. Hope they close soon, so others do not get ripped off."

"Promised a suit cleaned for a funeral within one week at the absolute latest. 8 days later, they needed 2 more days then were exasperated to have to find the suit. Do not recommend for anything you need in a timely fashion. No matter what you’re promised."

"We took my suit to this business for dry cleaning at which time we told the owner we needed it back in time for my fathers funeral and they promised they would have it ready by today (funeral is day after tomorrow) and after receiving no updates from the business we went to pick the suit up today as promised and we were told it wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready for another day or two, which obviously isn’t acceptable. They had my suit for 8 days and had not even touched it since it was dropped off. After calling their competitor Old Town cleaners we were told to bring it in this evening (spoke to them at 4:30) and they said they would make sure to have it dry cleaned and ready by tomorrow morning. The owner of Spiffy’s was very apathetic to our situation and just said, well it isn’t ready when we reminded him he had promised to have it ready by today. I will never use this business again and highly recommend anyone needing dry cleaning to go elsewhere. If I could give them 0 stars I would."

"While the employees were very friendly I was quite disappointed when I came to pick up my order and it was almost double the price of what I had expected to pay. I had called around checking on prices to launder and press dress shirts. When I called Spiffy they quoted me $2.35 per shirt. When I dropped the shirts off I didn't confirm the price but didn't feel I needed to. The gentleman looked at the shirts and gave me my receipt for pick up. What I was unaware of was that their pressing machine is too big for any shirt size medium or smaller so they have to be hand pressed and that cost more. I've lived a lot of places and have never run into this. There are machines that are adjustable but Spiffy doesn't have one. When I picked up my order the gentleman told me I should have asked about the price for my size shirts. I had no idea to even ask that question nor was I asked what size shirts I had when I called to get a price. I don't feel that this misunderstanding was my fault and thought that Spiffy should have eaten the difference in price. They did not. Needless to say, I will not be using them again."
