When Kevin came out to my newly purchased home, he did an inspection and cleaning of my fireplace. Kevin took extra care to not make a mess of my living room and keep dust to a minimum. He made the recommendation, since we are planning to use our current open fireplace as our only source of heat, that an insert would be more efficient. We had asked for an inspection and chimney cleaning but after inspection they told us our fireplace didn’t need to be clean so they didn’t do it or charge us for the service.
