"Customer service is the worst. I have used them for years for different things never had this type of service. Will NEVER use them again. I dropped off a bedspread over a week ago. Called and spoke to a lady who knew nothing other than ot wasn't ready yet. Acted as if she didn't care at all about customer service. Short and wasn't going to do anything to find out anything."

"I had taken a couple of pants in to sew a couple of tears. It would take a couple of weeks to a month and all was fine overall. I took two more in end of September and one early October I'd check every few weeks and I was told it was taking longer. It was mid January before I got to speak to the alterations person. They promised to have them done in a week. We'll I came in on the day they were supposed to be done and I was told I'm so sorry I got busy and they aren't done. After months of waiting and this last effort to remedy the problem they failed me again. Please take your business away from here as they can't be trusted."

"Dropped off my wedding clothes on Monday morning, was told everything would be ready by Wednesday after 4pm. Get there Wednesday and only 1 vest is ready, they tell me everything will be done by Thursday at noon. Thursday comes and I call and they tell me everything might be done by Friday evening. This was for 6 white dress shirts, 1 vest and 3 pairs of jeans. I understand that they could be backed up or short staffed but don’t tell me one time to pick up, then move it, then move it again and I might get my clothes then. Will not be back, do not recommend."
