Temple Painting

"We paid this guy $900. (deposit) in March. He has had 2 mos. to complete the job (painting our house) as it is now May. Today, he said he needed more money even though he has not been at our house since the estimate date back in March. He is refusing to give us our money back and basically scamming my husband and myself who are both senior citizens. This guy is a major scam artist!!!!"

"Clay Pannell and Temple Painting are not trustworthy at all. I am an active duty soldier station over seas and hired Temple Painting to paint the exterior of my house in Neosho prior to it being sold. Clay has completely taken advantage of me being stationed so far from there by not showing up to work at our property. He is constantly avoiding phone calls and has promised for the house to be complete on 3 different occasions and then never even showed up to work. Work was started on April 1st and I was told it would take 3-4 days. Now it has been almost 1 month and no progress has been made in weeks. I understand that weather can delay work but it is a flat out lie to tell me that they have not had 4 days out of the entire month to work on it. In the last week alone there has been more than 4 days with good weather. Some work was completed in the first couple days, however it has been almost a month and still is not complete. 2 weeks ago he sent an email with some pictures stating that "only a couple hours of work was left" and would be completed the next day but never showed up. Even though he has been paid in full he has lied to me over and over about being at the property working. One time he even stated that "they were on a lunch break and then going back to work" but were not even at the house at all that day according to my tenant. Clay Pannell is not trustworthy. I will not ever do business with him or his company Temple Painting ever again."

Clay also painted my custom made cabinets in the kitchen and the turned out BEAUTIFUL! It looks like a brand new kitchen! It's definetly updated! I would HIGHLY recommend Clay and his staff.
