"We have used Crystal Clear Pools for over 11 years and are so happy with their service! I had tried to maintain pool ph on my own, but kept getting it wrong. I would take water samples in for testing at a local pool store which ended up costing me a fortune in chemicals to correct pH levels. If your pH is off, EVERYTHING goes south! You can’t maintain the proper levels of chlorine as it dissipates leaving you with a green pool!! However, a call to Felisa at Crystal Clear Pools saved the day as she got us back to sparkling clear water immediately. She is reasonably priced (plus prevents me from having to buy a small fortune in “correcting chemicals” because she maintains it beautifully!) She has since been hired for our weekly maintenance and we have been so pleased with their service. She has been doing our openings, closings, and maintenance for so long we don’t know what we’d do without her. She has extensive knowledge (she worked with her father on pools since she was age 13). "Run. Run away like your hair is on fire from this woman and her company. she is a strait up thief. If you don't believe me, look her up on Oklahoma casenet or the Better Buisness Bureau. I ordered a pool from her which she never delivered or even ordered but she damn sure took the 50% down payment which she refuses to return. I have tried to call her and text her and even offered to go to mediation at no charge to resolve the issue of thr money she owes me. No response from her."
