"Previous homeowners placed order for new windows. They were under impression it was full window install. Employees were unprofessional wearing a tracking device on ankle. would not take blinds off windows or put back up. Apparently that is a 10$ per window additional charge but everyone thought it was included. The smudges and scratches on windows were left nothing was cleaned. I’m guessing that was extra too. Furniture is still in middle of room. “That isn’t included” They better hope we have no drafts this winter. The caulking jobs they did looks like a blinded 3 year old did. Tried to talk to company only to be told you didn’t add that service. Most unprofessional tacky business we’ve ever dealt with. Do NOT do business with these guys"
