"I was entrusted to order the family funeral spray for my sister-in-laws memorial. Her daughter had specified that she wanted all roses that would cover as much of the casket as possible. We went to the store and picked out a spray from their catalog, which covered the casket from the curve at the top of the casket to the other. It was exactly what we wanted, although the price was much higher. We told them we wanted it exactly like the picture except we wanted pale pink roses instead of red roses shown in the photo. When we arrived at the memorial the flowers in the spray were beautiful but the spray itself was half the size. I contacted customer service, thinking they should at least credit us for the price difference of the size of spray we received from the size we paid for. All that was credited was $50. All around, we were very disappointed!"
