Edible Arrangements

"The edible arrangement in kc is absolutely awful. From the outside of the store being dirty, as well as the inside. I placed an order to be finished at 4:30, when I arrived not only had they not started. They said they were out of bananas and sorry they didn’t call. They then say they can issue a refund but acted very shady and couldn’t provide a receipt? I demanded a receipt and as I waited in the front. Another customer got tired of waiting to be served and walked out. I then watched them give the same excuse about someone should have called them and they were out of the fruit. My order was over 100.00, so between myself and the other two individuals that’s a possible 300.00 loss."

"If I could rate lower I would. Ordered an arrangement to be delivered on 2/13. What was delivered was not what I paid for. Called, they explained there was a melting issue with original product. No reason as to why they dropped off a cheap flower instead. Assured me the item would be redelivered today 2/14, that never happened and just excuses. Said a manager would contact me, likely after the holiday. Do BOT rely on them for anything important."

"The people I dealt with on the phone were very rude and unapologetic of their mistakes regarding my order. The manager and the employee both hung up the phone in my face. The product also did not look like the website, and looked very cheap compared to what I have seen from other edible arrangement stores. When I discussed everything to them they tried to lie and explain how the product they gave me (which was not what I ordered) was more expensive than the one I bought for delivery; which it was not it was actually cheaper AND discounted on the website. The professionalism from this establishment needs to be worked on!"

"1/12/24 Placed an online order on 1/10/24 for 1/12/24 delivery. Ordered a fruit bouquet and flowers (dealers choice option). I called the day of delivery to check it'll be delivered before the business close. Confirmed it would phone call took less than a minute. Received the delivery in good condition a little after 3pm. From the reviews, some had a bad experience. For me, it worked out well. I do not recommend using the competitor fruit bouquet. Tried that company for Mothers Day 2023. I was highly dissatisfied with the product. Looked nothing close like the sample picture. From my experience with Edible Arrangement, you get what you pay for. 2021 Second time ordering delivery from this location. When I tracked my order and realized it had not been delivered yet. I called the location at 4 very helpful and made sure my delivery made it before the destination business closed at 5. Friendly helpful service that I appreciated. Edible arrangements are an easy way to put a smile on someone face."

"This is my 4th delivery from this edible arrangements. I have a sales team in KC area I like to send treats to and after the first one I sent they were hooked. They love the cheese cakes from here so much they request those for birthday or anniversary celebrations. I find the online ordering super easy. The new manager personally delivered the most recent one. I had requested a delivery time because in the past there had been one delivery issue. She was early, which was great. Guys were happy with their cakes and I will definitely use them again."
