"The owner of this store was very rude. I bought some trees last year and didn’t know that bought them with no warranty as it was long time ago and I never keep my receipts, so a month ago I went to the grass pad store and asked if there is warranty on tree I bought last year because one of them was dead. The cashier printed a receipt for me and told me yes there is a warranty until September 2023. Then she asked someone in store to look at the picture of the tree and that person told me to wait for another week and if it doesn’t show any sign of improvement take it out and bring it to store for some refund. I did took the tree to store after a few weeks and then they found another receipt in their system that showed I bought the tree with no warranty. I think that was the store problem that they did print an incorrect receipt first otherwise I wouldn’t take out the tree and I would give it more chance to see maybe it would survive. The worse part of my experience was talking to the store manager who was very rude even though I think that was 100% the store problem that gave me an incorrect receipt in first place. How can I remember that if a tree I bought one year ago had warranty or no. That is why I went to store and asked first and that was 100% store mistake that gave me wrong recipe and wrong information about warranty. I will never buy anything from this store again and I am glad we are living in a city that there are others stores to choose. After this problem I went to another store called suburban lawn and garden and their price is similar to grass pad but they give 2 years of warranty on trees and full refund while grass pad only gives 1 year warranty and only 50% refund. That is why I love USA."
