"Ordered 3 sets of flowers. Delivered on time. Had to arrange them myself. Didn't know I had to do that. My biggest issue was the 2 dozen roses I ordered. Several rose Petals were falling off. Honestly I'll just order from a local florist or hyvee. Better quality."

I was understandably upset about this after paying $30 in service fees and an up-charge for same-day delivery, so I reached out to customer support to see if that fee could be refunded. They refunded the fee and told me that my order would be delivered the following day between 8:00 and 12:00 am. I received absolutely no update from them and reached out the following day at 11:00 AM. I was given a generic response about their delivery window and they were unable to provide any ETA. The agent I chatted with tried to get me to change the date or recipient instead of cancelling the order for some reason. Ultimately I cancelled the order and went with a local florist instead."
