"Order from here twice both times delivery driver said there wasn't an apartment number so they couldn't deliver yet both times it was listed on invoice when I called store I had to talk to 3 different people one who was suppose to be a manager ( Julie) all were very rude a incredibly clueless when flowers were finally delivered they were all dead and brown looked like something they just picked off the side of the road do not waist your money or time"

"Mother's Day flowers were left on my porch this morning from Hyvee. They look nothing like the advertisement and some look dead. They offered my daugter 30% refund. When I called to discuss the flowers a lady responded with an attitude stating she was the mother of the manager. Julie the manager called back to pass the buck, blaming the flowers on the third party vender my daughter paid. As if the Hyvee wasn't paid and the flowers didn't come from them. The vender refunded 15 .00 on a 60.00 order. But later decided to send new flowers from a different floral shop at my request."

"After receiving extremely poor service from Edible Arrangements at 3629 Broadway Blvd in KCMO, I was very pleased with the service provided by Theresa in the HyVee Raytown floral department. Due to my urgent need to deliver a condolence to a friend, Theresa listened to my cry for help and she put together an adorable fruit basket for me on the spot. Theresa provided above and beyond customer service!"

"I had a horrible experience with the Raytown Hyvee Floral department manager, Andrea Bergmann. There was little to no communication from her throughout my entire service. I would send her multiple emails to make changes to my quote and never got a response back. She did email me ONCE about my quote saying she was busy with funeral request and would get back with me in a couple of days.... BUT NEVER DID! I gave her my debit card information to make the deposit for my wedding date and that was never taken out of my account. I had to include the deposit amount in my final payment. Because i did make changes to my quote she never updated it on the paperwork so when i went to the store to make my final payment the girls working there had to fix my quote and figure out my new total with tax. Those changes would never have been made if i didn't say something to them and had the girls write it down on paper. 3-4 days out still no communication or update on my flowers. Then the morning of my wedding i get a text message saying my bouquets were not ready and offered to drive them to my venue once they were ready. Since i was already having so many issues i wasn't going to take a chance on anything else going wrong and said i would pick them up a little later than expected. Because of that it did push me behind on my list of things i had to do before the wedding. Thankfully they were all done by the time i picked them up at the store. The arrangement was very pretty and looked similar to what i showed her in the photos but a lot of the flowers looked wilted and dead. Like they have been left out for a couple of days and were not very fresh. I also received the wrong color of rose for my grooms woman boutonniere and the floral decorations were pretty small. I had 2 floral decorations for my arbor and they were very small in comparison to my 9 ft tall wooden arbor. There were many mistakes made and a lot of stress on my part that could have been avoided if there was better communication. Sadly to say i would not recommend them to anyone due to my poor service."

"I can't say enough wonderful team about the floral department at the Raytown Hyvee. I have used them several times to handle arrangements for funerals nearby and they have always exceeded my expectation. The staff is friendly, prompt and will not disappoint."
