"Woman who took my initial order was all over the place and very rude. Fairly certain she did not get my order correct to begin with, but I had faith they would do good, as I have always loved Hyvee. However, after verifying that I still did want my order to go out, it did not. Not only did I not get my order, but the service was absolutely horrid. Their store front may be beautiful, but their attitudes are everything but. VERY disappointed and I will never order again considering this is the SECOND time this has happened. The rest of this store is wonderful, just steer clear of this department...."
