"My boyfriend had placed an order to be delivered to me on my birthday by 2 pm on a friday. At 4:39 that day I got a text from the driver stating that their Jeep couldn't withstand the storm and they would deliver them the next day. I told them that nobody would be there as my office is not open on Saturday and they said they would just take them back to the shop. I told them to make sure they refund the money as well. A refund was never given and the flowers showed up 2 weeks later with no credit of any kind. Will never use this company again!"

"If I could rate no stars, I would. I ordered through Ava's Flowers online and Ranchview filled the order. The flowers received by my Mother for Mothers Day were NOTHING like the photo on the website....it was a cheap vase with cheap flowers. It is 4 days later and the flowers look horrible. I will post pictures if I have the capability."

"I worked as a friver. First check correct. Second check short by 6 deliveries. Store owner can't find that days envelope. I kept a spreadsheet of all deliveries. As each one is complete they were highlighted. It's a mystery how a days pay just vanished. Then i asked the owner to call and see if they had been delivered flowers. No they rely on their envelope system. Which is totally to their advantage. Anyone could misplace your pay envelope. Honesty and integrity are not a part pf this company. They charge customers a delivery fee but pay driver's $6.00 per delivery. A driver can typically do 30 to 50 deliveries a day. All is well until your paycheck is short."

"Ordered through a company online and this location fulfilled the order. Wish I would’ve known because I’ve had a horrible experience here prior. The bouquet was supposed to arrive by 3pm.. at 4pm we received an email stating the item was hand delivered (never happened). We called the company we ordered from and they couldn’t get ahold of Ranchview. Since the order never showed up by 7:30, we left. After 8pm the flowers showed up. Looked at them later in the evening and they’re half dead and look completely unacceptable. There’s a reason why you can’t add photos on their google reviews.. I’m sure it’d be flooded. I don’t even understand how this place is in business? Anyway, I’d recommend never using this place and research who fulfills your orders online.. your special day might not be as special :/"

"My son in Colorado paid an extra $25.00 to get me flowers on Mothers Day. That did not happen! They promised an upgrade. That did not happen! Monday came and when I came home from work my flowers were sitting on my front porch. The weather that day was chilly and windy. My porch is exposed to the weather and people. Good thing they weren't stolen but they were wilted. I called and got no help at all, in fact the person was rude and uncaring. Do not trust this place for deliveries!!!"
