Kathleen's Flowers

"I ordered my wife flowers for Valentine's Day over two weeks in advance. Well, it's Valentine's Day and past noon and she still hasn't gotten anything. I called to check why that is and was told they deliver flowers from 8am-5pm. This wasn't listed anywhere on their website. Every other business I've ordered flowers from has always prioritized AM delivery and would communicate to the customer if that wouldn't occur. Hopefully the flowers actually show up today, but I won't be using this business again. I may as well have ordered my wife nothing until this morning if they're delivering them in the PM. It makes us both look bad."

Not only were the flowers lovely and fresh, the composition was just what I asked for - yellow, red and white in memory of my brother-in-law’s love of the KC Chiefs. Kathleen’s also delivered the bouquet on time despite the heavy snowstorm the night before. So pleased with the flowers and the friendly and caring customer service. Highly recommend!"

"The service here is impeccable. Im I’m a long distance relationship and generally order my flowers from 1-800-flowers. However, after they informed me it would take a day to deliver flowers to my significant other. I decided to call nearby flower shops and found Kathleen’s flowers. Not only the arrangement was beautiful, they even delivered sooner than the time they told me. This will be my only flower shop I’ll use moving forward.
