"Kathy and the floral department did such an amazing job! I am amazed that the flowers and urns stayed right in place even with all the wind. I also used Hy-vee for my catering and cake and everything was delivered on time and all turned out perfect!"

"They did the bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and stems for the Marian devotion at my wedding and they made exactly what I had hoped for and the flowers were very high quality! Cathy was able to look at my Pinterest inspiration and name each of the flowers without looking them up. My only gripe, and it was pretty stressful when it happened, was that they delivered the flowers a day early to the church. When we arrived at the rehearsal and saw them sitting there, we were shocked. They didn’t call or email to ask what was going on, nothing. They just left $1000 worth of flowers sitting at a table in a public building. "Do not use this Hy-Vee Floral. Terrible service. Went in a week before my baby shower to get a quote on filling up 30 inch balloons. Was quoted $15/balloon. The Thursday before my shower I dropped off the balloons and was quoted $30/balloon. I explained the initial quote and was reassured that I would be charged $15/balloon. I get a call an hour before pick-up time the day of my shower and was told that they were going to charge me $50/balloon. I explained what my initial quote was and the conversation had Thursday. But they would not uphold their quote of $15/ balloon. I do not appreciate the fact that even if they misquoted the price I was reassured that the $15 would be upheld. Then to call an hour before pick up time the day of is absolutely unacceptable. They offered to fill up the balloons with $15 dollars of helium which is laughable. Why would I buy 30 inch balloons for them to not to be fully filled. They wouldn’t even float. Thank you Hy-Vee Floral for NOT helping make my baby shower what I envisioned."

"In an effort to reclaim my weekend time, I started ordering my groceries online. Unfortunately, my last two orders have been missing key items. The first time they were out of the precise variety of milk I ordered. Rather than call or substitute another similar item, I got home with no milk. This time it was coffee. No matter what I note on the order (this time it was PAPER BAGS PLEASE!!) I get stuck with those awful plastic bags. I gave two stars because when I do go in, the store is very clean and the lines are short. On Saturdays, the massive pulls in the dairy and frozen sections make the store difficult to navigate, which is another reason I started shopping online. I talked to a manager after the last order and it made no difference. I’m going elsewhere for the coffee and going back to Target for groceries."
