"I was impressed from the start with Barker's. Bridget is great about keeping you informed through the whole process! She let me know when she would be showing up ahead of time, was friendly, and clearly communicated what would be done and for how much during the bid. (It was also cool that she pointed out there was an owl in the tree when she looked at it the first time!) When the team came to do the job, I was impressed with how efficient they were, and how thorough. We have had tree trimmers come through the neighborhood in the past we hired on the spot, and they have skimped on the work, but Barker's made sure our tree will be in good shape for several years now. I also appreciate that Bridget was able to work our job into the schedule only a week after the bid. The team was also were good about safety. Our tree was hanging over the street, and they made sure to help traffic get through the whole time since they needed to start the work over the street. They have plenty of trucks to take away the chipped wood. They were courteous and did a great job cleaning up the yard when they finished. They were well-staffed with enough people to make sure everything went smoothly and fast! Their equipment made it easy for them to get to all parts of the tree as they could maneuver the lift to reach all around it. I definitely got my money's worth!"
