"Ordered through 1-800-FLOWERS but was delivered by HyVee. The visit was lacking at least 6 flowers that I paid extra as an upgrade. Two of the flowers were already limp and dying. When we called to complain they knocked off the upgrade fee and did nothing to remedy the dead flowers. You'd be better off getting flowers from Sam's or Walmart."

Hy-Vee Floral did not deliver flowers to the funeral and never let me know that weren't delivering Have just learned that Hy-Vee performed very admirably. "When my son ordered a flower arrangement for Valentines Day for his girlfriend, he sent me the invoice asking me to pick it up. I picked up an arrangement that appeared to me as though someone went into the greenhouse, gathered some flowers, cut them in varying lengths and stuck them in a vase. No true arranging, just flowers in a vase. For an $70 arrangement I would have been very disappointed but he felt strapped for time and let it slide. This will not happen again. Either they step up their game or we shop somewhere else."
