However, this incredible florist, without any hesitation, took it upon herself to rectify the situation. She personally drove back to the first funeral home, collected the flowers, and then embarked on a long journey, spanning almost an hour, to reach the correct destination. Thanks to her efforts, the flowers arrived just moments before the start of the funeral service. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for this kind-hearted florist's determination and exceptional customer service. Understanding the significance of the occasion and the emotions involved, she displayed an unwavering commitment to make things right. Her swift actions undoubtedly alleviated the distress caused by the initial mix-up and ensured that the flowers were present to honor our loved one. "I ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral for a dear friend. I chose the deluxe arrangement and paid over $160. The flowers were delivered on time to the funeral home but when I arrived and saw them, I was actually embarrassed that my name was on the card. They looked almost pitiful and certainly nowhere near what was pictured or expected. Hy-Vee has done a great job for me in the past and they are easy to order from, but I will be forced to explore other options in the future."
