"Great store front staff. They are 5 star. The cleaning staff, meh, 1 star on most days. I Went to another dry cleaner here in town. They did reimburse me for most damaged items."

"I was grossly overcharged and the manager or the employee was could care less. They charged $22 for a long heavy wool coat ( which seem resonable ) then charged $25 for a thin overalls that were only $17 to begin with. I would expect more professionalism And better customer service from Pride cleaners, this location needs more training in a numbers of areas, first in overall Manors and politness. Although we have been longtime customers ( over 15 years ) we will be finding a new cleaners . I hope yours blantent refusal to fix your mistake was worth the business !"
