"I scheduled an appointment a few weeks in advance and worked my entire schedule around an 8:30 appointment. I was quoted $500 and was told it was going to be about a four hour job. Perfect fine with me. I work overnights so I’m think he’ll be out by 12:30 and I will have some sleep before my shift. No. It’s 9:15 and he’s not here. I called him and he didn’t even write my number or unit number down. We had a whole conversation about how he had worked on the exact townhomes yet didn’t bother to write the unit number or my phone number down? I scheduled this around the holiday as we have a pretty clogged laundry duct and haven’t been able to do laundry in our house. Now we will have to wait until sometime next year. Unprofessional and poor customer service."
