"Pride Cleaners did a fantastic job of getting stains out of a COACH bag with the TIFFANY blue interior. I allowed someone to borrow it. BIG MISTAKE!!! They left God only know what in the bag in the heat for days!! EVERYTHING in it either MELTED, EXPLODED, or OZZED into every nook and cranny of the bag. You literally could not tell the color of the inside of this bag anymore. I was definitely upset. I spoke with Klaudia and Leta at Pride. Tyey explained what could be done. Explained it was going to take a little while to get it back. I must tell you…. This bag looks NEW!"

The ladies behind the counter couldn't pause there conversation to help me. One just put her hand out to get my ticket but didn't say anything to me, just kept talking. That may not matter to some people but it does to me. If I'm spending my money with you, you could at the very least say hello."
