We are contacted the day prior to pick-up, let them know yes or no, set our bag out, and they pick it up the next day. The following day we have everything back cleaned and pressed. We have sent many types of clothing to them, even comforters, and everything is handled with care. They are all extremely friendly and easy to talk to if we ever have questions. Love them!"
