"I have only had negative experiences at this location. They don’t update customer info, so they always send confirmation to a random person, not me. The staff ranges from incompetent to downright sassy. They also broke the zipper on my coat. I brought it back so they could fix it, but they said it’ll take over a month to fix, and there’s no way to contact their seamstress department directly. You have to call corporate for a run around. I would recommend avoiding this location."
