"I called 2-3 times back in November to try and get a quote to have our gutters and down spots replaced. The two times I actually talked to Ryan he seemed disinterested in taking my information and his tone made it seem like it wasn't worth his time. Even though he told me he had several jobs in the Maryville area at the time. I ended up calling him a 4th time after not hearing back for 3-4 days on my quote, he took my information again and said he would have someone get a hold of me. I never heard anything back after that."

"This company was recommended by another Guttering company. After hiring them to do the job the issues started. The job was postponed a couple of times and when they did start so did the rain. After working around the rain for about a week the job was finally finished. We were left with a leaking down spout and unfinished extensions to our driveway. They left it all to drain at the foundation of our house. We call, we were promised a resolution and have never heard from them again."

"I had this company install a larger gutter and downspout over my front porch. They came and did the work and shortly thereafter I found that the seam in the gutter was leaking over my front porch steps where I had slipped and fallen two years prior and broken my ankle. I have been trying for the past four months to get them to come back and seal the seam. They do not respond and they do not come back. I do not recommend this company. Their customer service is absolutely nonexistent."

"The guys commuted to KC from Chillicothe every day to upgrade our house to 6 inch gutters. They are hard-working, small town guys who do superior work for an honest price. The foreman, Jeremiah, made sure I was completely satisfied before payment and personally promised to resolve any future issues if they arise. Our house is 3 stories tall, which required the use of 40 ft ladders - and these guys weren't phased by the difficulty of working at that height. Thanks!"
