"I brought several of my recently deceased mother’s items in to get advice on how to best replace stones and rework these pieces for me to wear. I was disappointed in the help I received from Gene. With a dismissive attitude he actually picked up my mom’s mother’s ring and BROKE a prong off of it to “prove” it wasn’t worth repairing. What a disappointment, especially when they came so highly recommended. He was rude to me and my jewelry. I wouldn’t recommend this jewelry store to anyone. Gene, I don’t need you to apologize for my loss, I would appreciate an apology for breaking the prong off of my mother’s ring."
